Just When They Thought They Are Smarter

Sometime back, I told you how some people deserve to get their asses incinerated.

Now this guy, an extern, thinks he’s very rich. Obviously, this does not mean that he can do whatever he wishes to. He comes to the OPD at 11.30 am, a good 2.5 hours late. After that, he has the cheek to ask me if there was too much work, with a sly idiotic smile. I care a damn, you bag of urine.

He joined with us on Monday. He didn’t report for the first two days, came on the third day for 10 – 15 minutes and today, as I said, this dog comes at his own ease thinking that he is some showstopper. I don’t care about the work, it’s hardly something. Besides, crooks like him don’t even deserve to serve patients. But the fact that bugs me is his attitude – totally not bothered. As if he is some gift to mankind. He is undiluted bullshit, crow-shit and shit of many other wild pigs mixed together.

She is no less. She thinks that she is a super-babe. In fact, she belongs to that category of pseudo-babes whom you wouldn’t want to meet. She looks like a plague-afflicted rat and her mouth doesn’t shut up. Just like him, she feels that just because she has paid some twenty-five thousand bucks to the BMC, she owns it. Sucker…

My batch-mates had to tolerate them for 3 days while I was posted in other sections of the department. They told me about how these two pieces of faeces had frustrated them too. Today, I got the opportunity of taking revenge. I don’t indulge in such things normally, never; I prefer to stay away and do my own work. I have a relatively high threshold. But I had to teach these Scylla and Charybdis a lesson. They need to understand that they are responsible if a patient has to suffer some inconvenience.

So, in the morning, when they presented their macerated faces in the OPD, they had to face nice music from the registrar (with whom I teamed up). The two maggots were marked absent – this must have surely set their bum on fire. From tomorrow, if they don’t improve, they surely deserve worse – like falling into a manhole full of methane and getting asphyxiated. Assholes falling into manholes – how cool is it.

This is what all people who don’t do their part of work deserve. Many people have a tendency to take too many things for granted, not realising how it can create unnecessary problems and inconvenience for others in need of help.

For the sake of goodness, don't call him a bag of urine... why would you wish the poor thing were sterile? Bag of infected urine fits better, doesn't it?

Wow! What a rant! You called them maggots, feces, urine, plague-infected vermin, multi-species excreta, and then burnt their derrieres and shoved them down a smelly, inflammable manhole! Dude, take it easy... and send them the link to this blog!!! :D

I can identify one fella who reminds me of this Narcissus, but my batch was lucky to have excellent externs, and a large number of them, too! Took a lot of work off. In GOPD, we had a reserve bench of doctors, in case someone wanted to go catch chai and breakfast :D

I know people like that who get my goat too. Hardest thing to do to be civil to such people.

@ Sumedh : Okay, bag of infected urine with significant bacteriuria!

You guys were lucky, but it seems that all externs (nearly 35 of them) who have joined with us are extremely smart and crafty.

@ Yash : One needs to show certain people their right place...

@ Veena : lol... :d

@ Karishma : This gaali - giving is really entertaining!

@ Mohit : Hey, I wasn't fuming at all when I wrote this...

I was rather enjoying! It was just because I haven't jhaapped anyone since a long time now and didn't want to waste this opportunity!

Aniruddha, this whole evening i was thinking of writing a similar blogpost, and then i see this post!
The sad thing is that mine would have been against 'interns' and not 'externs'. I have come to believe that 'externs' cannot be as crafty as people from our college. Some 'interns' are very professional *******, ***#### (all the gaalis that you used and many more).

Venna: 'Whoa! Venom! Only in internship... :)'
Please tell me that such horrible things occur only in internship and things will get better later.

I can identify with your anger at these kind of people..but sadly we have such kinds in our own batch too(as Shraddha already mentions)I would really like to discuss strategies with you to deal with such people...Maybe we can write a book on it! LOL - Surabhi

I just loved this...
It is so satisfactory to smear fecal analogies on others!!!
I would dedicate this post to Gunwant.

@ Shraddha : I heard about the stuff that's going on in your batch from Kaka.

Lets see what those dumb asses achieve in life. Just give them a dose of their own medicine.

@ Surabhi: What an idea sirjee!

@ Sambo: If he reads this, you'll have your name in the papers tomorrow!

@ Misanthropist: Thank you, thank you :)

@ Karuna: See - giving gaalis makes one feel so good...:)

This post has apparently become very famous, with a few surgery residents also getting some news about it... Wow! Makes me happier :)

Aniruddha, such people are not dumb at all. Its the opposite actually. They are too malignant. In fact, the ones surabhi and kaka talk about it are only the tip of the iceberg. The interns that actually are the worst are those in our batch who have done major jhols and come without a scratch, even earning sympathy from others interns. Now thats called a genius! And as for what they do in life, they will end up getting 'the one thing we all are craving for now', but it only makes my determination stronger to beat them in the race called life.

Aniruddha Agarwal said...

Finally, some justice.

A Professor from the Department of Surgery talked to one extern and finally set things right. Fifteen minutes of loud shouting and rebuke should be enough to make sure that she doesn't act smart ever again.

Hopefully, one day, such people will just die and simply fall off the Earth.

ohh yeah boss .... i agree wid the externs ka thing where u mention tht all 35 who have joined are rotten crappy worm-infested apples to the core ... these two Romeo Juliets whom u mention , are these from a certain college which bears the name of one National Leader who is responsible for all the shit which is going on in India but people in IPL2009 ka country adore him? -- gvk

@ Shraddha
I dont knwo what is going on in ur batch and who you are referring to. But i guess in each batch there is DEFINITELY one person (sumhow it always seems its a female in all batches..) who is being unreasonably high-handed about the whole concept of internship. Anyways since i lost my faith in the whole heathcare system some time ago, i assume this kind of mentality is only going to increase rather than reduce by even an iota. -- GVK

Aniruddha Agarwal said...

GVK : Yep. you are right.

I disagree on your second comment. Anyways, much has been discussed about this already. Guess we have moved on.
